1. A colloquialism to describe one who engages in any one of a number of deplorable acts popular at parks with a reputation for being a rendezvous for members of the homosexual community. More specifically, one who searches out partners for said engagements.

2. A meaningless insult to call any friend or foe.

"Good softball game tonight."
"Dammit they turned the lights out on us!"
"Uhh...we better jet. This place is crawling with shitrangers."
