When a company does not appreciate its employees to the point where talented, skilled and exceptional people leave the company because of how they were treated or how they were paid.

Our employee's are leaving faster than we can replace them! We should stop this talent flight before the company looses to many key players!

Also used for the description of an area highly populated with very gifted women.
