Mets are the enemies that you find in the mega Man series, they are black colored blobs with a mining helmet that are often used to farm items such as 1 ups weapon energy refillers, health items, and much more, they are the only enemy which have multiple variants and are also referenced in multiple mega Man material art, it's also used as a racist slang term by some folk to make fun of blacks.
