Coming from the name of the popular film "Tropic Thunder" a Tropic Chunder is when either a lady or a man is sick (chunder) after drinking Tropical vodka drinks.

When someone makes them self throw up whilst drinking in order to drink more and not throw up later. A “tacky” can also be used to not be as hungover in the morning as there is less alcohol left in someone’s system
