ADHD stands for attention dificit hyperactive disorder it's where some people can be really hyper and can't control themselves it it's bad my brother has it but he only has mild ADHD, they always fidget and can't stop moving well not neccaserly .

When your brain thinks faster then you speak so you take a breath when your done talking you repeat the last syllable of a sentence usually triggers more often with people with ADHD

In Urban Dictionary you rarely come across a definition for a word without a cuss word. Personally I believe after the first couple no cuss word definitions the people that work adding definitions say 'fuck this imma add this one it has a cuss word'.
