Get the Mook Lifemug. Can either refer to a lifestyle or a period in your life where you're generally (but not entirely) stress-free and have minimal obligations to meet. Often involves engaging in healthy routines, hobbies and personal passions.

I was living the soft life back in 2020 and 2021. While covid was a major stressor to many people's lives, the combination of remote schooling + lighter course load + job layoffs + gov't money (e.g. stimulus checks, CERB) resulted in a relatively stress-free lifestyle, where I could concentrate more on my passions (music & photography) and less on studying or working. Minute stressors still existed, but in the grand scheme of things, it was a calm and carefree life that lasted for two years.
