When your employer explains something to you and you just have to sit there and take it like a bitch because they pay you. The subject Bossplained is typically common knowledge dropped like it's profound and being said for the first time ever, an arbitrary matter of opinion, or a correction where your employer has limited knowledge or is simply wrong.

Most Badass City located in Louisiana! . Bossier citizens don't take bullshit from people and they ain't about to make themselves look like a bitch by not knocking out assholes. Seriously though, don't test somebody from Bossier, even if they ain't in Bossier no more. They will for a fact at the minimum give you a bloody nose thats so fucking hard that it'll look like a blood waterfall by the time they're done with you! if they get more than the minimum, boy, ur screwed!
