legacy child

A legacy child is someone who only cares about technology and software from the era of skeuomorphism. They are usually extremely picky about this, and they tend to get into a lot of arguments due to how stubborn they are. As the name suggests, they are usually very childish, and many of them may straight-up be too young for the internet.
Legacy children will usually be seen with exclusively Windows 7 PCs, old Mac OS X machines, and iOS 6 devices, choosing only to use them despite the age and loss of functionality.
Yet another legacy child has joined our jailbreak Discord server, unsurprisingly getting warned three times and banned within a single day.

Fingers is my metaphorical child even though he is older than me. He is seen as a child and treated that way but has his own family. I am his metaphorical mother.
