FBA is an acronym for “Feral black Animal(s)” a term used often as an inflammatory remark directed at black people. The term FBA is most typically used against black Americans who built everything non-black Americans benefit from today (e.g., the education system, national infrastructure, modern medicine, space travel). It implies that those designated as “FBAs” are inherently primitive in demeanor lacking any sense of self restraint or civility. The acronym is also used in a sarcastic way with many black Americans referring to themselves as being “FBA”.
It is commonly cited that the term “FBA” was first coined in mid 2012 during the BLM (Black Lives Matter) demonstrations. As is typical with other racial designations the categorization of an individual as an “FBA” is only applicable to those of black African descent.
