Verb.

When somebody:
• Makes a blanket statement.
• Makes a stretch.
• Makes a judgmental statement.
• Assumes and/or concludes.

On something completely different that what the other person had originally said.

This joke stems from a meme on Twitter from user: Coolee Bravo (@BravoCoolee) where he says:
