Faggot Cunt is a slur used by more creative people. As in, these creative people don't go for the regular "bitch" or "twat", they use "Faggot Cunt". Originating from the words "Faggot" and "Cunt" these two combined create a beautiful insult.

It usually involves bringing to light the girl's poor hygiene choices or medical record, thereby punting her cunt out of play.
