Carl Rove could smell a dump in the Lincoln Bedroom from the Oval office, so he was never it for very long. Condi Rice sometimes would not dump for a solid week, and so Rove knew how how to pick his targets.
No one wanted to play "hide and stink" when it was potty time for Dubya. He had a yen for tossing his feces when you got a little close.
