AI Art

AI Art (Generated Works) are the output from generative vision models, such as DALL-E, which utilizes models like CLIP to establish text and image connections. These models are designed to understand patterns in data and output new works in a process called de-noising. This process is based on the fundamental principles of the Markov chain, which adds noise to an image and then learns to reverse this process to understand the principles of composition. AI is a tool designed for generating new works that utilizes datasets, which are often described to have stolen copyrighted content without the owners' permission. This, however, is a highly debated subject, and court cases are currently ruling in favour of either side on a case-by-case basis.
