Most literally translating to "trying to get a reaction" out of somebody. Originated from a 16th century technique to determine death by literally blowing tobacco smoke into someone's anus (through a long pipe) - where a reaction indicated that the person was still alive.

After winning the world championship lawnmower races, Earl shouted "Business up front party in the back!" with his dirty-greasy mullet flowing in the breeze. Meanwhile his competitors stood to the side cowering in defeat.

Get the business up front party in the back mug. This phrase is a greeting of endearment between Latino gangster youth culture. Ese (masculine) and esa (feminine) are comparable to homeboy or homegirl. The phrase if said by a non-Hispanic is extremely offensive. It is comparable to the phrase, "What up, My n*gger?" in the Latino community. Also, the use of homes is derogatory because it is urban Latino gangster ideology.
