Etymology - Pre 1997 Charles Moxham working in the Kitchen at the Radisson Hotel in Madison Wisconsin. A woman from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Support Employment Program would bring 5-6 placed individuals to come in once a week to perform cleaning operations where they would meaner around the kitchen for one half hour disrupting the staff before being herded out into a van before heading to their next destination.

tard stall

The larger, usually cleaner bathroom stall designed for the wheelchair-bound, retards, or wheelchair-bound tards. It is equipped with toilet seat paper ass gaskets, large rolls of TP, and handle bars to enable ass hovering or to give you something to grab onto when you really need to push one out.

Man 1- "Those hot wings have brought on a massive shit storm!"

Douche Tard

n. Boss of a company who requires employees to do the dumbest of tasks. Looks for jobs like taking rocks out of a ditch and then putting them back in. Thinks he has things all figured out, but really it's the workers who make sure all the jobs get done right. Contains the word "douche" because a Douche Tard wants people to think he's an asshole, but really that's all just for show. When no one's paying attention, you'll find Douche Tards cooing over baby fawn and such.

Jon: "Hey Benny, what job are we working on today?"
