Discovery Health has a show/documentary about a 6 year old boy in India with the things mentioned above growing out of his chest, and posesticlez is what we nicknamed him. (Also known as a parasitic twin.)

Poser

A person either boy or girl who changes they're looks and personality to fit in with another social clique. Like around one bunch of friends they will act emo and listen to depressing music and talk about how much their lives suck, but when they're around another bunch of friends they will act like a ganster listening to rap and wearing baggy pants and bling. Most 'posers' do not actually like the things they have to do to fit in, but they're are so set on being accepted they will do the things they are totally against. They also tend to copy other peoples styles then tell the person they copied it from that 'they made the style up'. Most people are posers because it's so damn hard to be an individual now-a-days (!). Oh and they also tend to label themselves a lot.

Normal: Weren't you acting all ganster yesterday?

Poser: ewwzz nooo gansters are gayyy im liek totz scenie nowww <3333

Normal: okay lets change the conversation, whats you're favourite band?

Normal: uhm i guess Greenday?

Poser: LOLOLOL POSERRR!!1!!

Normal: how am i a poser?

Poser: cuz they leik are soo punk and yu're all emooo!!

Poser

-usually in order to fit in somewhere that you're not wanted
-mostly found in groups such as emo, goth, hipster, or scene
-pretending to like things such as music or clothes, but knowing nothing about either.

There were many posers at the concert who didn't even know the bands that were playing or the words to their songs. They looked completely out of place.

The incorrect spelling for the word "Poseur". But if you must know, a poser is

(plural pos·ers)
(n) Someone who poses for a photograph or a work of art.

Look it up.

Although, a 'poseur', if that is what you meant, is

po·seur pō zúr
(plural po·seurs)

(n) A Pretentious Person: somebody who tries to impress others by behaving in an affected way

I'm unsure why people changed the spelling of it, but it is frowned apon. You have just made an ass out of you and me.
