a person, when at a show (hardcore, punk, sxe, etc) gets into a mosh pit, or up to the mic, raises their arms, and flails them. this technique usually pisses off alot of people as it usually hurts anyone dumb enough to get close to this guy. high stickers are usually idiots or first time moshers; hopefully the latter, in which case they can be forgiven.
me: oh man, i just got smacked in the face by some stupid high sticker at tonights show
other guy: bummer. noob?
me: no.
other guy; then hes a tool.
me: yup.
other guy: bummer. noob?
me: no.

A guilt sticker (or usually a packet of them) is included in non-profit promotional mailings designed to make the recipient feel guilty in the event that he/she does not donate. They often have photos of symbols (e.g. kittens) the recipient is likely to identify with, or are printed with the recipients address to serve as return-address labels for letters, or both.
"I put this Sierra Club guilt sticker on my notebook because I thought the wolf was cool. Now every time I see it I feel terrible that I didn't donate."

Basically a hitchhiker. Really annoying because they usually get on your shoe laces and take forever to get off. Advice is to watch out when you walk in the woods.
Mike: Hey watch out! There's some shoe stickers on that plant
Josh: Oh! They're all over my shoe laces!
