Benny

Noun: a slang for a one hundred dollar bill. The term originates from the name of the previous slang term for a $100 bill, Benjamin, so called because of the portrait of our Founding Father Benjamin Franklin featured on the bill. The progression is as such: 100 dollar bill -> Benjamin -> Benny.

Male 1 - "Dude you got a caught by a speeding camera? That sucks ass. How much was the ticket?"
Male 2 - " They got me for a benny. Those tricky fucks!"


Male 1 - "Hey bro, how was your bartending shift tonight?"
Male 2 - "It was sick as fuck. I made about 5 bennies in tips! Lets hit up Deja Vu."

Your prototype male benny is a person of Italian, Dominican or Puerto Rican descent who acts obnoxious, macho and wants to fight you in the drop of hat if you look at them "funny".

Friend: When will you be home?

Local: It is going to take me 3x as long because the benny is clogging up the parkway.

Benny Boo Bear

It is a rare breed of bear native to Southern California. Near extinction, there is only one Benny Boo Bear living in captivity. Currently it is being held at the Chez Ronee. Boo Bears are noted for their strict diets of cottage cheese, soy milk, and organic butter. Boo Bears are on the verge of extinction due to their affinity for self mutilation and their latent suicidal tendencies.
