Apparently "not focusing" has something to do with ADHD, but that idea was probably made by dweebs who can't get the ladies- more like "not fucking" amirght??? In all seriousness ADHD has been speculated to affect neurotransmitters in the prefrontal cortical area and the basal ganglia which is like dopamine and noradrenaline and that wacky science stuff. Dopamine is like the reward chemical for the brain and a dopamine deficiency can lead to things like depression and schizophrenia, but then like a lack of serotonin is depression and dopamine and serotonin are opposites??
