trust the process

Trusting the process involves supporting a team who is tanking on purpose in order to hoard draft picks as well as assets. Trust the process, also abbreviated as TTP, is somewhat cult-like at times.

Sixers fans TTP by rooting for their team despite three continuous years of less than 20 wins.
Other NBA teams claim to trust the process, but only Sixers fans really get it.

A young person whose parents are wealthy and have set up a trust for their son or daughter. The trust fund ensures that the child will be taken care of financially for life.

That guy is a trust fund baby. Since he doesn't need to work, he's just going to law school to pass the time and to learn how to protect his inheritance when the time comes.

Trust Fart

A fart in which is the signal of trust between a couple. Usually happens when the male farts. The reaction of the female after the fart determines if she trusts you or not.

"I was watching t.v with my girlfriend and decided to give her a trust fart to see what she would do and...

1.a person between the ages of 17-25 who lives off of their parents money (trust fund), yet maintains that they live a punk lifestyle, only by wearing patches on their pants, and claim to have an unhealthy obsession with japanese underground thrash 2.a close relative to the 'trustafarian' only with less weed and more bullshit anger.3.you can find a trust punk on the campus of an expensive university out of town, who seems unimpressed with his/her surroundings, yet indulges in the fact that he/she is a novelty.

a rich child whose parents put money in a trust for their child to use as they please

or

an orphan of rich parents/grandparents/relatives and is now living off a trust until they're of age or until they get off their butt to work for money

Sheila is a trust fund kid whose parents enter $2000 a month into her fund but can't use it until she's 21.
