Someone who thinks a preson is x if they like, participate in, or even know about y.
Examples:
Thinking someone is a weeb because they watch anime.
Thinking someone is on any side of the political spectrum becase of a view they expressed.

Some stereotyper thought Jill was a hippy because she politly asked him not to throw his trash on the ground.

Stereotypical lesbian

A stereotypical lesbian has that "cool" factor, which Ellen has helped elevate. They wear flannel, beanies, snapback caps, baseball tees, folksy prints and Polar fleece. The Common footwear they wear is Birkenstocks, Airwalks, chucks, or Doc Martens. They wear no Make-up or Bras. Some pants they wear are jeans, cords, jean shorts or walking shorts. lesbian usually plays softball and could be very sporty. They all own cats. Short hair is another trait if a lesbian. Are Vegetarians/vegans.
