Has been banned multiple times but still continues to make a new account on the same forum. You threaten to ban him and he will clean up his act for a week or two. After that it all goes down hill. You know when a new guy is a Miniman12. Deserves the Ban Hammer right away!

Miniman12 on MicroTforum went by several different names and cleaned up his act a few times. Didn't last long and he got the ban hammer again!
