Parents need to learn to "back off" sometimes and let their children make their own choices when it would safe/moral to do so; said well-meaning adults don't want to be viewed by their offspring as tor-mentors.

Commonly telling YOU how much they know and that they way they do things is the right way. Even though you know they're wrong and violating everything that you were taught in college.
Also, disregards THE Policy and Procedure Manual created by the DHS

Childhood Abuse
RAPE
MOLESTATION SELF/CHILDREN
EVERYONE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE TRAINER is stupid and unable to do there job. Forget what others taught you their wrong.
They have to do everything or the leave would be shut down
They need a quick break to go pop a pill
Does everything not to do their job and leaves work site every chance.
Doesn't know the answer to a question therefore takes offense to you asking.
Then targets you for knowing more than them. Labeled a "Know it All"
By the end if training, you know about the trainer's personal sexual exploitations, sexual positions, everyone wants to have sex with them, the size of other staff's penis.
