Someone who is crap, usually at their job.

14 SQN is believed to be the origin of the "Dave Y****s Is A Big Jobby" slogan phenomenon. This can be seen all over the world mainly around military establishments. It has not been confirmed if this person is actually a big jobby but the investigation is ongoing. An airman named Dave Y****s was formerly on 14 Squadron.
