opportunity cost disaster

Opportunity cost disater or OCD is when the opportunity cost of the strategy that is choosen is greater in extent than a certified disaster would be. In many cased net loss of opportunity is huge, way beyond what occurs in a normal disaster.

Even when things are great and everyone is happy with the chosen alternative like some people are with urban sprawl, the lost opportunity of the strategy can be so large that it equals or surpassses a legally defined disaster or disaster area.

The Iraq war is an opportunity cost disaster. There are a lot of bad ideas out there but these guys put a lot of thought into making it this bad. I can't think of much worse of an alternative, but I am sure they will, as it is getting worse all the time.

Some people living in this urban sprawl think they are in paradise but this is a total opportunity cost disaster. A hurricane wipes out the crops but sprawl eventually wipes out the farm houses and crop land, covers the best soil, eliminates the ecology and native plants and animals, and put's it in a tomb of concrete and asphalt. You can everywhere but it will cost 10 dollars in gas there is no there there.

Flaming Disaster

Describes a situation that is in desperate need of remedy. Something that is worse than horrible, but not devastating or life changing. A person's appearance that is worse than a hot mess. Something that could be viewed as being worse than a hot mess.

The new project that was constructed was worse than horrible, it was a flaming disaster. Having such hostile individuals all in the same room resulted in the meeting being worse than counterproductive, it was a flaming disaster. Even though we all worked collaboratively to complete the project, our efforts resulted in a flaming disaster.

Shit disaster

The toilet initially is clogged up with toilet paper and shit. The victim then attempts to flush it again , with the toilet still being clogged, the shit and toilet paper rises further towards the top of the toilet. The victim then begins to panic and takes out the toilet brush from next to the toilet and attempts to push the shit and toilet paper down with it. This doesn't work and there is now shit on the brush as well. The victim then tries to hide the shit covered brush by putting it back into its case with shit still all over it . The victim then does a quick prayer, closes the lid of the toilet and flushes it again. If lucky, the shit and toilet paper will go down, if not, it will begin to come out of the toilet and create a shit tsunami within the house. If the contents went down with the flush, the victim then pulls their pants up and leaves the toilet as if nothing happened, trying to forget the shit disaster they just experienced.

Mum: "Hey Tom is the toilet clean? The guests will be here soon".

Tom: "I doubt it, I just had a shit disaster".

Mum: " Oh not again, you had one last week".
