That gut-busting, toe-tingling feeling you experience after consuming a particularly greasy or caloric meal, generally occurring after the initial joy of gorging oneself on burgers ends and the pitiful self-loathing of being a pathetic lardass sets in. Not to be confused with a real heart attack.

Hey Sarah, I went to that burger joint yesterday. After I devoured a triple bacon cheeseburger, fries, onion rings, and a milkshake, I could almost feel the diabetes tickling my toes. It was most definitely a mini heart attack.

reactive attachment disorder

What can happen when you basically neglect you child's social/emotional needs. They develop this mental illness and become extremely insecure, immature and problematic, and get a really low self-esteem. If not treated, they can self-harm and become manchildren with an inferiority complex and constantly tantrum like a severely autistic child, and the disorder becomes very hard or just impossible to cure.

I regret neglecting my daughter. She developed this "reactive attachment disorder" and she had to be put in foster care because she went crazy.
