As soon as you get good and comfortable and ready to have a long gaming session, you are hit with painful poop pains. This usually occurs about halfway through the match or raid.

Dude! Why are you playing so poorly? I'm sorry man, I have just been hit with a mad dose of gamers poop. You must go on without me. This might take a while.
