Someone who is generally thought by others to be a combination of both highly pompous and clueless at the same time. People who call others douche bags are frequently douche bags themselves.

Anyone who spent the time to come up with a definition of douche bag. A person who reads about the definition of words like "douche bag" on an internet site.

douche rock 

An hypocrite and empty rock/emo/metal(core) with banal lyrics and musicianship.

If you want to listen to some REAL good modern rock with great lyrics and musicians, listen to Karnivool and Alter Bridge.

Examples of douche rock are: Nickelback, Seether, Fall Out Boy, Three Days Grace, Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for my Faggotine and similar crap.
