It is a multi definition word, It can mean that you have germs, and bacteria on you, and that you cough/sneeze.
It can also mean that something or someone is cool.
It can also mean that someone is disgusting, and rude.

"I need soup, im sick."

Nostalgia Sickness

When you get a taste of nostalgia, then get a very sad feeling which forces you to get more engaged in that topic of nostalgia sending you into a deeper sadness but you honestly don't give two fucks
