When you feel helpless,lost, confused, drained, empty. You feel like you're not good enough so you turn to self harm and man it feels great. Your life feels screwed up or maybe you feel screwed up. It takes time to heal and yes it's a working process. Maybe you're alone and afraid to ask for help. "what if they think I'm seeking attention".
