The act of being brushed off, ignored or de-prioritized when a person's significant other ("Bae") calls, texts or is with them. The suffix "blocked" is joking about being "cock blocked," but in this case, by someone's Bae.

Jimmy: "I was talking to Elizabeth yesterday and suddenly she had to go. Later she told me her boyfriend had called her."
