1 part seltzer water

A floater of dark rum is known as Bay Scum (because what floats at low tide?)

Or, a floater of banana rum is known as Garbage Barge (because where do you find banana peels?).

Give me a Low Tide with a Garbage Barge, hold the Bay Scum.

Low down and turning

When this phrase is used everyone must crouch down and start spinning around no matter what the circumstances. You can only stop when the person who shouted this word shouts 'fall' then everyone must fall to the ground, get up and carry on as usual.

Bob: LOW DOWN AND TURNING
Everyone: starts spinning on the floor
Bob: FALL
Everyone: falls to the ground and gets up again like nothing has happened
