The clown was looking for clown tactics to use his/her bank account to force eople to respect him/her via doubling down on rules and laws.

Diversion testicle

Diversion testicles are a set of rubber testicles that you hold up in the air and shake like a bell. The purpose of diversion testicles are to distract your co-workers from eating a meat and cheese platter, so you can surreptitiously sneak under the radar and eat the platter yourself.

Dale held up some diversion testicles during a staff meeting to distract his coworkers from the snack platter that was in front of them. Dale then ate the snack platter while his coworkers were distracted.

Gorilla Tactics

(Not to be confused with Guerillia Tactics)

Gorilla Warfare is a form of irregular warfare in which small groups of big, strong alpha males, run at the enemy forces from multiple sides while wearing furry costumes (preferably ones that resemble gorillas). As they run towards the enemy, they will start throwing bananas at them and scream as loud as they can.

The Idea behind this tactic is to confuse and disorganize the enemy lines before the main attack, so that the army can easily kill them off.
