When someone capitalizes a WHOLE word, phrase, or sentance and not everything or just the begging of a noun/sentence, it's considered to be CAPSed.

Girl 1: Did you see Max's about me on his myspace profile?
Girl 2: Yeah, he totally CAPSed your name! How adorable!

Dillon Cap

A Dillon Cap is when the cap to a plastic bottle is placed on top of the drink as opposed to being screwed on. The drink is almost always spilled.

John sees Dillon's Dr. Pepper on the table and slaps it away. It was Dillon Capped and spilled on everybody.

Dillon: DUDE WHAT THE HELL?? MY SODA!!
