Steve, a character from the show "Tank men" and is friends with Captain/Tank man (Mascot of Newgrounds), for some reason, he gets shipped with Captain, and I hate it. He is friendly most of the time and sometimes gets into some trouble with the hench men.

Getting ridiculously drunk prior to an event or occasion of which you were assigned an important role. "Steving" is getting too drunk to effectively perform said role.
