A crazy English teacher, upon hearing a students cell phone ring asked what the ring tone way. The student (Janice) replied saying that it was Laura singing a song. Upon hearing her response he asked 'What is a Laura?'

When Laura Zinni does random things the proper response is What is a Laura?

Note: No one has ever answer the question what is a Laura?

Alternative exclamatory phrase / question for what the fuck or what the hell, primarily the latter. Mostly useful for when a substitute swear word is necessary, like around young kids and censor-minded folks, and other such phrases, like what the fudge are considered to be too close to what they're supposed to replace.
