Hood toll

When you have 75 cents in hand ready for the homeless folk coming up to your car window at a stop light cause you know he/she is going to do some crazy shit if you don't pay their toll.

They are widely known for smashing windows, burning cars, flattening tires , and getting chases of the Local Gardaí Síochana. They are recommend to be avoided by locals and any vistors to the Area.
