Hood toll 

When you have 75 cents in hand ready for the homeless folk coming up to your car window at a stop light cause you know he/she is going to do some crazy shit if you don't pay their toll.

Person 1: " hey get some change ready we're coming to a red light. I dont want to get fucked in this hood"

Person 2: " i aint paying no hood toll!!"

Person 1" we're gonna die..."
