skizzler is a term originating from the youtuber MCSkizzleman AKA Skizzleman and was originally coined by a un-named guy on tumblr

its supposed to mean 'epic rizz' but can also be a substitute for some words, like how people substitute words for 'sigma'

example 1:
person one: I have so much skizzler!

example 2:
Person one: im so skibidi sigma
Person two: thats not very skizzler of you..
