They police other people and love to play victim while victimizing others. They love to call corporate and/or police on people they particularly dislike. While most Karens’ are depicted as white blond woman, Karens come in all shapes and sizes, nationalities, genders, and sexual orientation.
Karen complains that her favorite parking spot was replaced by a ramp for wheel chairs. She parks her car in the old spot anyway and complains about it online.

Usually this type of person has a mother who is an "Old Karen".
New Karen was practicing complaining to management that they way she was served by the clearly gay customer service representative was inappropriate because he was impolite, even though he was not impolite, just happened to have a camp sounding voice that New Karen didn't like, so New Karen made up some bullshit to get him in trouble.
