Jonah Bologna Clubhouse

AKA The J.B Clubby, I should’ve patented this while in Utero, but here is the recipe to my Classic Jonah Bologna Clubhouse Sandwich!

Ingredients:
- 3 Slices of Bologna ;)
- 2 slices of Bread (your choice)
- Mayonnaise

- Mustard (any but I use Dijon)
- Dill pickles (sliced)
- Sriracha Sauce :P (optional)

You must prepare this sandwich in this order for max efficiency…Start by throwing your two slices of bread into the toaster and place your three Bologna slices (hear me out) over the toaster opening to trap the heat and warm up the Bologna. While you wait for the toast to pop, grab all of the ingredients (cut the pickles if not pre-sliced). Once toasted, spread mayo on both slices of bread and spread mustard and Sriracha in between the Bologna slices, layer the pickles evenly (do not over do), slap the top slice of bread on, apply slight pressure to ensure all contents remain insitu, and cut the sandwich in half to share with someone special or to double down on >:) ENJOY!
