Rusty Peanut

A “rusty peanut” is crude internet-era slang for a small, shriveled, discolored testicle—usually the result of extreme neglect, poor hygiene, old age, or some unfortunate medical/sexual mishap. The “rusty” part comes from the imagined orange-brown flakes of smegma, dried blood, or general filth that build up when someone hasn’t washed properly in weeks (or longer). “Peanut” emphasizes that it’s tiny, wrinkled, and pathetic-looking.

“After three months backpacking with no shower, dude pulled down his pants and revealed a pair of rusty peanuts so grimy they looked like they’d been marinated in ball-sweat and regret.”
