main: something so unbelievealbe that the only thing more unbelieveable would be getting slapped in the face with a handfull of poop

alt: a major insult - to signify you are full of crap or not worth shit

literal: getting hit/ hitting someone with a handful of poop, or getting hit by someone who has just used the bathroom without washing their hands
