Get the wassup slackersmug. A genre of music that emerged in the 80’s as a noisy, lo-fi, and raw form of Indie Rock. Slacker Rock music is commonly (but not always) very raw, lo-fi, and relatable. Slacker Rock music has since had a comeback with artists such as Alex G and Duster becoming pretty popular.
“Hey bro what kind of music do you listen to?”
