A phrase used by Nump in the intro to The Nutshack, a bizarre animated show from the 2000s. To shake it like a seizure presumably means to shake it with great vigour, much like how a person having a seizure might shake erratically.

Get the Seizuremug. Something the early-model PS3s get when there's too much going on in a game at once. (i.e. too many explosions) Beleived to be a graphics card or RAM problem.
