Get the Likemug. Word interjected into sentences as a form of Tourette Syndrome, in that those afflicted cannot help it. Mostly used by teenagers and people on reality TV shows. Those afflicted seem to be oblivious. Sometimes used in conjunction with the word 'um', and usually involves extensive gesticulation.
