Someone who walks around all day wearing plaid shorts, Burkingstock's, knee high socks, a brightly colored Ralph Lauren polo (with the collar popped up), and occasionally where's a Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd or Bob Marley shirt, even though the only Led Zeppelin song they know is "Stairway to Heaven" and the only Pink Floyd song they know is "Money", and they don't even know any Bob Marley songs, just so that the skaters think they are cool.

Tool

A guy who thinks he is the shit. Spends time with other tools, of which he may call his "bros", "homies" etc., and acts like he is the most popular guy he knows. This tool will objectify women, and may refer to girls as "sexy" when talking to them, but as "a hot piece of ass" or "his bitch" when talking about them to his friends. Doesn't usually date girls, just hooks up with them.

a tool is someone who others feel threatened by while in there presence. however this is not a physical threat but rather a mental threat. for instance a tool may attract attention from others who want it and it thus irritates them. thus that individual is labeled as a tool. another instance is one who tries to change his genre of lifestyle but those surrounding him reject it and label him as a tool. however a tool can also be a person who is very cocky or completely full of themselves which projects themselves as an annoyance.

Someone who's a poser and hangs out with his poser friends and does poser stuff such as listening to Coldplay.

The aforementioned poser may also be constantly listening to music with his earbuds, and reply to you with one word when you attempt to make conversation.

Alec: Hey man! You know that movie we watched in class? Pretty good movie, eh?
John: *takes out one earbud* Huh?
Alec: That movie we watched in class was pretty good, don't you think?
John: Yea. *puts earbud back in his ear*
