The Soul Stone was only ever used by Thanos, using the Infinity Gauntlet, and was never seen in any other movie. The Space stone was sealed within the Tesseract (Thor Ragnarok), the Mind stone was used in the creation of Vision (Avengers: Age of Ultron), the reality stone was in the Aether (Thor: Dark World), the Power Stone in The Orb (Guardians of The Galaxy) and the time stone in The Eye of Agamotto, possessed by Doctor Strange.
