Contrary to popular belief, tard is not short for retarded. That is totally offensive. Tard is actually a combination of two words put into one. Tard is the words lard and turd put together. It's still an insult.

The stupidest person in your group who gets their ass cut by everyone, others think is retarded but actually isn't. Should be used in forms of tard time, where the tard gets slave/noodle minutes for every stupid thing they do (which is usually a lot). A real cabbage patch neck-ass man.
