It involves holding one arm parallell to the chest at elbow level. and using the other arm clenched to the torso at the elbo with the forearm desperately thrusting randomly in a charade that looks like the operation of a stickshift vehicle. It is accompanied by randomly spaced irregular steps. *uninteligable grunts and confused faces optional*
